GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. We do our best to process all orders within 24 hours, however processing time can take up to 3 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
For Expedited 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day. All orders are shipped and delivered according to business days and holiday schedules.
If your order contains a hazmat item, it will ship ground (2-8 days total delivery time.)
Free ground shipping is available on all orders of $25 or more (before tax). Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be delivered with standard UPS ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
All orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped via USPS Priority. Additional Expedited shipping options for these locations are not currently available.
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Priority free on orders $25 or more. If your shipment contains restricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post).
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items are considered hazmat materials due to being air-powered and are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, expedited shipping is not available. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground is the only shipping method available. If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, please call customer service at 877-902-2873 for assistance in placing your order.
Shipping is available within the U.S. only.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. Restricted items may increase handling time.

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation e-mail from UPS. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located in the email.
